What MyMedPlan is
MyMedPlan provides healthcare, insurance, benefits, billing, claims, and related advocacy and support services. MyMedPlan is not a healthcare provider or a law firm and does not provide medical or legal advice.
Accounts
Accounts are created by invitation. You are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and for activity under your account.
Authorizations
Many services require your authorization to obtain and use information. You may refuse or revoke authorization; doing so may limit our ability to help on matters that depend on that information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, or interfere with other users or system security.
Disclaimers
The platform and services are provided as available. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Advocacy outcomes depend on facts, plan rules, and third parties we do not control.
